Helen Guon, General Manager, Fairfield Inn Times Square would like to share some amazing news!

"I am very excited to share the wonderful news of an internal promotion of Latoya Heron to Housekeeping Supervisor from Room Inspector! 

Latoya joined the Fairfield Times Square family in March 2019, and since then has done a great job wearing multiple hats in the department, which included the challenging two plus Pandemic years. 

Latoya covers for housemen and keeps the public area spotless. She rolls up her sleeves, covers for housekeepers and cleans a full board of guest rooms. Latoya takes the tasks upon herself and makes sure requests are fulfilled.  

Latoya has not only proven to be a dedicated associate, but also never forgets to recognize her team’s hard work.
