Room 1404: This guest if one of our return Gold members who checked in with Alisha, during check in he asked if we had a restaurant (was not sure). When Alisha mentioned it was just breakfast she noticed the guest sad expression. She asked if something was wrong and guest said that unfortunately he left his wallet in the office and can’t purchase anything that is not hotel related because he only has his company credit card for the night, so for diner he will have water. Alisha felt really bad for the guest so she herself purchased the guest drinks and goodies from the vending machine, had 2 slices of pizza delivered so the guest can have diner for the night. When it arrived she delivered to the guest, he was extremely surprised and happy. The guest called down for the MOD and told me “no one has ever been so thoughtful, she has no idea how much this means to me. I am lost for words, THANK YOU!” I thanked the guest for his kind words and told him we are here to assist anytime needed.
