The Brooklyn A Hotel – Grocery Shopping Makes a Big Difference for a Guest

James saw recognized the name of a previous guest in the arrivals. James had remembered a conversation he had with the guest during their first stay and how the guest was disappointed there wasn’t any vegan items. This morning on his way to work, James stopped by the grocery store and bought almond yogurt, almond milk, and gluten free cereal. The guests were blown away with the hospitality. They were very thankful.

 

Feedback for the Fairfield Inn Chelsea!  Way to go Jillian!

We recently stayed at the Fairfield Marriott Chelsea in NYC. We were happily greeted by the Front Desk Associate, Jillian Lopez who instantly met all of our needs effortlessly.  The staff here is very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The Hotel was very clean and centrally located to our travel needs. We will definitely recommend this Marriott to our friends and family and stay here again in the future. Once again, we would like to thank Jillian Lopez for making our stay at The Marriott feel like home away from home.
