Home2 Suites Long Island City:

Diamond member Mrs. Hawkins took a salt survey rating us at a 10 across the board. Mrs Hawkins reported in the survey that “The staff is AMAZING. They always make me feel like I am the *most* important guest in the hotel. Thank you Stephen, Rodney (for the amazing rate package), Jessica, Fabian, Theresa, Marlon, Sonia, Angela, Andrea, Sam, Segundo, Joel, Housekeeping and anyone else I have failed to mention. This is the BEST decision I could have made regarding where to stay for the next 6 months for my business trip. I love the modern decor, cleanliness, customer service, amenities, and overall energy of the hotel. They even treat my 2 cats like royalty!!! Everything is very convenient in the neighborhood and I feel very safe. As always, Hilton proves to be the best accommodations there are! Forget Extended Stay America! Home2 Suites is (and will be as I travel for work) truly my second home! Thank you!!!”

Four Points Manhattan Downtown:

Rm 2811: Guest was reserved in a wheelchair accessible room. Upon arrival, we spoke with the guest and saw he was a veteran. Housekeeping worked together to upgrade the guest into one of our suites. When we advised the guest of the upgrade, he was beyond excited because he mentioned that a special occasion may occur; I believe is a proposal which made him even more excited to stay with us. After check-in, I escorted Guest to his room along with his luggage. I placed his luggage on the rack for easier access which he appreciated. Hakim and I noticed the room did not have a handicap shower seat, therefore, we personally went to the Aloft and borrowed one of theirs for the guest. I went upstairs, put it all together and placed it in the shower for him. He was beyond thankful for going above and beyond to ensure he is as comfortable as possible during his stay.

Crowne Plaza Wilmington North – Great Trip Advisor Follow Up from a Guest!

So our usual hotel had no vacancies so we chose the Crowne Plaza partially out of convenience, partially based on our experiences at the Crowne in NYC. Starting with the minute we walked through the front door (Stefan welcomed us) all the way through to our checkout we had such a great experience. A special shout-out to Dave our bartender, a man who knows how to make a drink! (And I'm not talking about those clowns who just load a drink with alcohol as if they're doing you a favor) Dave mixed the right proportions of all the ingredients resulting in fantastic drinks...plus he was a pleasure to chat with. The food was also very, very good with a special nod to the skewered shrimp. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and eager to help. We found this hotel by mistake, but we'll be going back soon on purpose!

Four Points Manhattan Soho:

Guest checked in and was greeted by me; the first thing she said was “Wow it smells amazing in here, what is that smell?” I informed her it was our signature smell by Yankee Candle “Pinwheels on the Breeze” then we had a bit of conversation as I made her keys. She then said “this is the nicest someone has even been to me at a hotel, like really you’re amazing. We just left another hotel where we tried to check in and the guy at the desk was the total opposite. He made us feel as if we weren’t good enough to stay there or something, so we made a reservation here and you are so nice and welcoming”. She said she would defiantly stay here from now on as she stays in hotels weekly for work.  She even became a Starwood SPG member.
