Yelissa is thrilled and eager to join RHG as General Manager at the Four Points SoHo! With over 10 years of hotel experience she prides herself in being a Marriott wiz and is excited to learn a completely new brand and market.
Throughout her career Yelissa has handled three hotel openings, task force assignments and the delivery of big results in short periods of time. She began her career in hotels within operations as a GSA and found her calling. She has since then worked her way up through the ranks, her latest notable achievement being the grand opening of the Springhill Suites Park Avenue, passing the Marriott QA with a 96 whilst exceeding budget. She believes in leading with determination, discipline and compassion.
Born and raised in New York City, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College and was a member of the Accounting Society. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, and event planning.
