Please join us in welcoming Tara Sheikh to Real Hospitality Group! Tara began her role as General Manager for the aloft Long Island City on Monday, April 18, 2016.
Tara began her career with La Quinta Hotels as an Accountant and quickly moved up the hotel ranks. She joined the Starwood Hotels franchise community in 2006 in the New Jersey/NYC Metro Market before moving to Philadelphia. Her focus on service culture and brand standards led her to General Manager of the Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia City Center where she was also a board member of the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association, Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and a hospitality zonal committee member of the Philadelphia Convention Center.
Tara is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from FTC College UK.
