Prior to joining our team, Roberto was the Cruise Manager at the World Yacht in New York. As a leader in Food and Beverage operations, Roberto managed upscale and private dining events and high-volume restaurant operations. Roberto is also experienced in telecommunications and has held the position as an IT Project Manager.
Roberto’s passion is Food and Beverage and he has developed several mixology beverage programs. When he is not researching recipes for new craft cocktails, he enjoys traveling. He also enjoys testing the latest virtual reality applications.
