We are pleased to announce Michael Zayas has joined the RHG family as our new Regional Director - Operations.  Michael is a familiar face with RHG, having worked previously with the company as a General Manager at the Four Points Manhattan Soho.  He also worked with our portfolio of Starwood hotels during his recent tenure with Starwood Hotels and Resorts in the Field Marketing division.  

Michael brings with him a strong history in the hospitality industry, working his way through the ranks of such notable New York boutique hotels as the SoHo Grand, Tribeca Grand, and W New York – Times Square.  He began as a front desk agent which led to positions in revenue, operations, and sales, as well as General Manager of Sheraton Lincoln Harbor and Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo-Village.  His most recent role was Senior Field Marketing Manager at Starwood Hotels where he was responsible for developing and executing  property specific digital marketing strategies and destination initiatives for hotels in the eastern region of the U.S.  Before entering the hotel business, he spent six years in the fashion world at both Versace and Barneys New York.  Because of this background in fashion and guest relations, he brings a unique level of quality and service to his properties.
