Michael Marsch recently joined our team in 2023 as the Regional Director of Operations, currently overseeing a portfolio of properties that include Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton brands.
He was with Hyatt Hotels for over 24 years where he held the positions of Controller and General Manager at several properties. After Hyatt, he spent a significant amount of his career operating large full-service convention hotels but has also held area manager positions overseeing full service, focused service, and independent properties.
In his spare time Michael likes to workout. He also likes to play golf and is an avid reader as well. Michael obtained his BA in Business Management from the University of Mount Union, earned his CPA certification from the University of Illinois and his MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Michael currently resides in Pensacola, Florida.
