Marco got his start in the hospitality industry as a security guard at the timeshare resort his father was working as Chief Engineer. He quickly took an interest in Front Office and was given the chance to switch and quickly made his way up to Front Office Manager. Moving back to the city with his family he was able to yet again climb the ranks in a short amount of time, while learning the ins and outs and every position in a hotel, no matter what hotel he was with. He earned his big break and was appointed General Manager of a Home2 Suites by Hilton in Houston, TX in which he was relocated to with his family. 

For the past 7 years Marco has managed the property to high levels of excellence including a Number 1 ranking on TripAdvisor 7 years consecutively, Top 25 amongst the brand for 4 consecutive years, Top Digital Key Hotel amongst all Hiltons in 2017 and other numerous awards from third parties and the local community. Now back home in New York City, he aims to seek excellence in every aspect of his new role with Real Hospitality. His passions have always been nestled in hospitality and his commitment to his team and owners.
