Millennial hospitality leader with over nine years of multi-branded experience, born in Washington Heights and raised in Brooklyn. As a young child with a working mom in the industry, Jorel was always in and out of hotel lobbies. He looked more forward to the extravagant holiday parties rather than midnight during Christmas Eve with the family. Jorel loves to travel and has visited approximately 16 countries and many states. He is quite an exquisite chef in his spare time.
Memorable Career Moment: My utmost Memorable Career Moment was back in 2018, took part in the Breast Cancer Walk with my team. The bond and relationship one grew with one another was something that was very important to me as a new leader. Especially when you come out of your comfort zone and cheer on for a great awareness. Utilize that energy to bring it back to our what we called "home base" (on property).
Best Idea: Purchasing my first condo off the beach in my hometown, the Dominican Republic at the age of twenty-three.
