James joins us with extensive experience in NYC, having managed hotels in all three boroughs, including the Element Times Square, Holiday Inn – Chelsea, Holiday Inn Express Brooklyn Downtown, and the Doubletree Hotel JFK. He has received accolades from Magna Hospitality, such as Manager of the Year. Most recently, as the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express Roslyn, James moved the property up 40% in brand scores, exceeded budget, and increased RevPAR year over year.
