I am pleased to announce the appointment of JJ Tabone to Real Hospitality Group as Regional Director of Operations effective August 17, 2020.
JJ joins RHG from LBA Hospitality, where he served as the Regional Director of Operations for three years. Prior to LBA, he held the position of Area Vice President of Operations for Crestline Hotels and Resorts. JJ also held leadership roles with both Peachtree Hotel Group and McKibbon Hotel Management.
JJ brings over 15 years in the hospitality industry, working with a wide range of property types and brands in both tier one and secondary markets. JJ has a vast brand experience overseeing Hilton, Marriott, and IHG hotels, where he has developed teams that elevate guest experience while improving operational efficiencies that drive profitability.
JJ started in the hotel industry as a student at the University of South Florida, working as a breakfast host and front desk associate at the Residence Inn – North Tampa. He quickly moved up the ranks serving as General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott in Orlando, Florida, and other various General Manager roles. JJ will be relocating to the Ocean City area with his wife and two children. We look forward to his leadership and contributions.
