Real Hospitality Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Ernest Malave as the General Manager of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Queens/Queensboro Bridge!
Ernest joins us with 18 years of experience and brand knowledge, including Renaissance, Hilton, Crowne Plaza, and Courtyard. Drawing from positions held as an Assistant Director of Sales, Director of Operations, and Director of Housekeeping, Ernest has maintained and grown QA scores and AOS scores well above 90%. His work in developing preventative maintenance programs, training manuals, inventory control, budgeting, and vendor negotiations will serve him well in his first role as a General Manager.
