Guest responded yes, and made the following comment “Your team has been great in addressing the issue, prompt, professional and great follow up.   I have nothing bad to say.  The Ritz doesn’t even make the effort you and your team have”.

Mrs. Jackie Gubany from room 217 called down to inform the front desk that the tissue paper dispenser in the bathroom was not working properly. Stephen called Segundo who quickly ran upstairs and resolved the issue by exchanging a piece that had fallen out of the dispenser. Mrs. Gubany was very happy with the service she received in such a short amount of time. Mrs. Gubany also explained that she has stayed at various Home 2 Suites in the United States and the amount of professionalism she has received at our property should be taught at all the other Home 2 Suites she had previously stayed at.

Elijah received a compliment from a couple in Fenimore’s saying they haven’t met a person so young and so polite in a very long time. They mentioned how he took control of the dining room and made their trip to Glens Falls and the Queensbury Hotel what is was.

Positive Events / Memories Today:  Ms. Melisa Colpitts, room 1018. Guest checked out of our hotel this morning and when to another hotel in Manhattan in which she had a reservation for tonight. After seeing the accommodations and the way she was treated, she decided to checked out and returned to stay with us. She expressed how great she felt while staying with us.

Rm. 2706 Chapron/Natalie – guest c/in with Kim, Guest  asked for valet assistance, Bell Attendant (Brian) took care of it in an instant, and I gave the guest a hand of her luggage to her room. We had a great conversation with the guest in regards to what brings her to the city and why she chooses our hotel Guest said that it’s convenient and the customer service provided is excellent beyond expectation. Way to go!!!!
