We received an amazing review on Tripadvisor that mentioned 3 of our Guest Service Agents: Kadeem Edwards, Angelo Bonilla and Andre Ferreria. Well done boys!!!!

As my uber driver navigated the way down a narrow, construction-filled side road to the hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect. At first glance, seemed like a modest, no-brand hotel-lite. But walking in - the lobby design was playful, hip, welcoming. Andre at the front desk gave me a very warm welcome - and gave a great recommendation for dinner at Junior's cafe right around the corner. Upon coming back to the hotel, Andre & Kadeem at the front desk overheard me berating my colleague for letting me leave Juniors without knowing/trying their apparently world-famous cheesecake. Shortly after settling into my room - knock on door: Andre was standing there with a take-out back from Juniors. Inside - a huge slice of the Junior's strawberry cheesecake! Compliments of the house. I was floored. Turns out my colleague got the same! AMAZING. I tweeted out a shout out - and within hours got a shout back from @HotelIndigo - with a hint about another IHG Rewards treat. Of course, we shared all this above & beyond treatment with all our fellow colleagues and audiences where I was speaking. Hotel Indigo deserves the attention. Everyone we met - Andre, Kadeem and Angelo - delivered 100% genuine, joyful guest service. I travel a lot - I like upscale, boutique hotels or distinctive bigger brands . . . but I honestly can't recall in recent memory when a hotel wowed me. Get ready for this little boutique to make a BIG impression.
