At the Hampton Inn Sarasota I-75/Bee Ridge, Karina truly knows the definition of Hamptonality. We are all proud of what you do for our guests! Stacy Royalty, General Manager, shares Karina's act of kindness:

"Oh WOW! Karina in housekeeping has left myself and her team speechless with her act of kindness. Karina was sitting in our morning huddle with a stack of folded clothes. I did not think anything of it until a guest came down to the front desk to speak to the General Manager directly. Thinking something was wrong, I prepared myself. It turns out this guest wanted to give me a hug to pass on to Karina. He told her over the weekend how he was struggling to get his clothes cleaned as he was not very mobile these days and could not afford dry cleaning. Karina offered to take his laundry home and wash it for him. He was so impressed by her act of kindness that he wanted to be sure I knew about it. Although Karina was too bashful to take a picture by herself, the entire team jumped in to help celebrate her during our employee luncheon.
