Rm 608 Mr and Mrs Johansson went to see a Rangers game and were super excited to see their favorite player Henrik Lundqvist who is from the same country as them. They were lucky enough to get his autograph!! To continue their excitement I decided to give them a bottle of champagne to celebrate. They told me that now they can go back to Sweden happy!!! They were very happy for the bottle. CAA

Wins and Wows: Ms. Clark had a Christmas sweater that lights up for her jobs Christmas party. The sweater was not functioning properly so she brought it down to the desk and asked Cesar if he can fix it. Cesar told the guest that he would try. Cesar took the sweater and asked Alex from engineering for a few items. An hour later Cesar was able to get the lights on the sweater working. The guest was super excited and gave Cesar a tip.
