Guest complained about his back problems and wondered about a nearby chiropractor. I directed him to a CVS. I put a card in his room along with a bucket of ice and an ice bag. Along with that I typed up a list chiropractors with different preferences and directions to each office and sent it to his room.

1602-BARJAKTAROVIC, Jelena came down with her co-worker in 1603 Ivan came down to the front desk to ask for help because they got notice that there flight was cancelled. I assisted them in calling the airline and getting them on another flight tomorrow. Since there flight was cancelled I assisted them in booking another room for tonight since they were going to have to stay another night. They were very appreciative of the assistance and they thanked me more than once for helping them speak with American airlines. ( Sasha Rodriguez )

First time Platinum member shared his experience with us about his stay with us. He expressed his gratitude to the hotel with his interactions with the front desk staff as well as the Brooklyn Brewhouse servers.
The hotel and everything about it was fantastic. What made things perfect and outstanding was the staff. Wilson arranged for a room upgrade as a Platinum Member and, the other staff on site, specifically Angelo, Jhenelle, Naomi and Zack. You should be very proud of the quality of staff and how comfortable they made us feel. It was a special occasion, our fifth anniversary.

Upon realizing Mr. Britt had a reservation with us this evening we made the necessary adjustments to ensure his stay with us would be exceptional. He is a frequent guest of ours and always comments frequently on how he sees us as a home away from home. He mentioned at checkin that it was his birthday yesterday so I, with the help of our team, was able to orchestrate a WOW moment. We prepared a make-shift birthday cake with our lava cake dessert, added a candle, along with a signed card from all of us on duty. We delivered it to his upgraded room and from what I understand, was speechless!

Due to the inclement weather conditions, all of our guests are snowed in but we are still rocking and rolling here at Queensboro! Mr. Johari, a guest who has been in house with us for an entire week was scheduled to check out yesterday but he informed us that he had to extend his stay due to the storm. He said he was unable to step outside but our staff has been awesome all day from the breakfast hours to the bar hours and in between by providing all the information and help he needed to get all the food and items to come to him. Mr. Johari is a frequent guest in Manhattan hotels but let me know that our location will be his new home away from home when he conducts his business in New York.
