HYATT PLACE MIDTOWN SOUTH

Guest in room 1601 is currently staying with us for 12 nights. He mentioned that he choose this location because of the great comments that our hotel has throughout all the websites. He told us that he is very happy with his decision, that we had a great location. In addition, he said that he had already realized the amazing customer service provided and that all the staff was friendly and helpful.

FAIRFIELD INN LONG ISLAND CITY MANHATTAN VIEW

Today we had a little girl that was celebrating her birthday. Her family was singing happy birthday during breakfast hours. We wanted to do something nice for her and we utilize a teddy bear that we had our little give away basket. We approached her table with the little give away and sang happy birthday to her. Her parents were very thankful for the small detail we had for their daughter. The birthday girl had a smile and was very thankful. A very priceless moment.

FAIRFIELD INN TIMES SQUARE (Undergoing a renovation at present)

1201- This guest was chosen to be one of our Elite of the Day Guests. She checked in and looked around and saw the construction/renovation and didn't exactly have a smile on her face. I picked up on the body language and needed to do something to possibly change that. After she checked in I put together a goody bag and took it to her room. I'm hoping that will put a smile on her face and change her first impression of this property. She requested a late checkout ahead of the time and was honored without hesitation.
