Housekeeping picked a long term guest stay for our wow factor. We noticed that the guest Mr. Amit Sharma of room # 612 is a SPG-Platinum guest. We did a turn-down service for him and folded a towel animal of a cat for him which we put in his room. We hand-wrote a note thanking him for staying with us and brought up chocolate cookies and candy in the room.
