RHG has been out at universities on the east coast in the last month, seeking new and fresh talent for the RHG team. To find qualifed candidates is a full time job, and RHG has deployed the team to reach out to strategically located colleges to source candidates for the growing portfolio. Matt West, Liz O'Connell, Slyne Louissaint, and Alma Seidel are always researching opportunities to introduce Real Hospitality Group to up and coming college graduates.
Recent Career Fairs attended have incuded the University of Delaware, Salisbury University, and Florida International University. General Manager James Garcia of the new dual branded Homewood Suites/Hilton Garden Inn Miami attended the FIU event.
