It is my honor to share that TaKeia Hill has been promoted to Area Sales Manager for Citadines Connect Fifth Avenue and Element by Westin Times Square, effective June 12, 2023.
Since TaKeia joined Real Hospitality Group one year ago at Citadines Connect Fifth Avenue, she has successfully established herself as the face of the property and has cultivated meaningful and profitable relationships on behalf of the hotel and team. Her efforts led to a 136% group achievement to budget for 2022, and 193% group achievement in the first quarter of 2023. Despite a slower rate of recovery in the preferred corporate segment, TaKeia achieved 121% to budget thanks to her grassroots sales efforts and dedication to the travel intent process. TaKeia has gained respect among her internal and external stakeholders and quickly has emerged as a rising star on the New York City team.
In her new role, she will remain the sales leader for Citadines Connect Fifth Avenue, and will now handle the Tour and Travel segment at the Element Times Square.
