Mr. William McGowan made it his duty to let us know how GREAT his stay was. We would like to give a HUGE shout out to one of our new Guest Service Agents, Angelo has been with us less than a month now and made an everlasting impression on Mr. McGowan and his family!  He shared his experience on TripAdvisor:

“Look, the rooms ARE small...but the website tells you that! What MADE this place was the gentleman at the Front Desk. My 11yr old daughter mentioned 9 yr old son had been bummed when the pizzeria we ate at earlier told him they had run out of cannolis for dessert... ANGELO SHOCKED US BY RUNNING OUT AND GETTING AND DELIVERING CANNOLIS TO OUR DOOR AT THE END OF HIS SHIFT...and he would take NO money for it. None. Flat our refused and rushed away with a kind smile on his face. Wow. Great people makes places great. This place is lucky to have Angelo!”

Due to minimal parking in our lot Diamond members William Turner from room 421 and Mr. Robert Wyant both have cars that are parked at the Marriott Fairfield Inn Queens Plaza.  Mr. Turner and Wyant both said the property will be reciving tens on their surveys due to the amazing service. They also went further to inform that because of the exceptional service and staff is the reason why they keep returning to us and wouldn’t stay at any other property.
