My friends and I were staying at your hotel from Friday to today, and I couldn't leave without telling you about my experience.
I'm visiting with my friends from Washington DC for the weekend, it was my first time to New York!
As soon as we pulled up to the hotel, the valet service came over and took over, he was so friendly and got us settled in. Immediately he striked up a conversation and asked what we were doing this weekend and welcomed us to the hotel and state.
When we got inside the hotel at the check-in desk, the nice young woman got us our room key. One of our guest wasn't coming until later, and she told us not to worry about it, that she would get our friend her key when she arrived. She was so friendly, again immediately built rapport with our group and made us feel welcomed.
The last group, probably the best group of my stay here. The breakfast staff was absolutely wonderful. I hope you recognize them for their hard work and attention to detail. They provided beyond awesome service, and followed up and asked if we needed anything else all with a smile on their face.
I had a great experience in New York. The service provided at this hotel exceeded any other service that I've received.
You have a great team at this hotel. It's those employees that makes customers like me recommend my experience to my friends and come back for another stay.
