Guest stays with at this hotel every week so he is very well known around the hotel. Everyone at the desk knows how much he loves the oatmeal cookies we put out at 3pm. They usually go pretty fast because they’re most of our guest favorite cookies. I noticed he was staying with us again this week so after I made the cookies, I put four aside for him in a little gift bag and waited for him to come back from work. When he walked in he reached for the cookies in the container and I told him I already had him covered. I handed him the cookies with a bottle of water and he was so surprised. He was so happy that I remembered that they were his favorite and said that’s why he loves staying with us because we always take care of him. His reaction to me doing something so small really made my day.
