RHG recently created a new program called, "Impact Together" which calls for associates to gather and participate in a daily open forum to discuss the hotels progress. This open communication is important in helping everyone stay engaged and informed about the hotels needs and achievements. We had a few guidelines, but asked teams to be creative in designing these and we are thrilled with the first batch of photos we have received. Thank you all so much for supporting this program, we can't wait to see this concept in action!
