A guest called down panicking about her lost license. Alex was able to calm her down and asked a few questions about her recent whereabouts. She said she went to the gym within the hotel and also to Harry’s restaurant. Alex said he would check both places and get back to her. He went to the gym, but there was no license. He took a trip to Harry’s, and sure enough it was there. Alex went up to her room to deliver the license and she was very relieved. She thanked Alex many times.
This is a great example of how our team goes above and beyond for our guests. Well done, Alex!
