"Mr. Miller is in town with his beautiful wife. The elderly couple stayed with the property last year when we first opened, and they loved it. Mr. Miller inquired about a roll in shower before arrival and we gave the guest a complimentary upgrade to accommodate his needs and of course to show appreciation for their services. Once the couple checked in and were told about the upgrade they were thrilled and appreciated us. Mr. Miller also shared during his check in that he was the only survivor from airplane crash back in WWII in Vienna. They are in town for a charity event in Chelsea Piers, the organizer’s grandfather was Mr. Miller’s radio dispatcher during WWII time."
