Our GM Andre Hammond always stresses to our team the importance of his 4 pillars of success:  Employee Satisfaction, Guest Satisfaction, Revenue and CommunityWe were able to highlight our efforts to support our community today in a special way.  After our Monthly property meeting where we highlighted employee and property performance- we had some leftover food. Jonathan Hernandez (Night Auditor) packaged the leftover food into containers and handed them out to some of the homeless men and women of our neighborhood. As a team- we are committed to providing support to our community in any way we can.

As frequent guests to this property I cannot express the level of impeccable service and professionalism exhibited by the staff. Tawanna at the front desk during the most recent four night stay not only handled my phone requests for the visit but exceeded all of our expectations once we arrived. I have reviewed this property on at least two other occasions and just when you think it cannot get any better IT DOES. Tawanna and Jhanelle deserve recognition well beyond what they might ordinarily receive. Having stayed here for at least twenty nights in the last several months as well as booking twenty rooms for a special weekend event I believe I am qualified to offer these excellent reviews.
