Positive Events / Memories Today: Today we had a guest who booked a room for his mother. He was flying out her best friend in surprise to join her, so we made sure she got upgraded. We coordinated with the restaurant to have mimosas sent up to her room, as well as some fruit and cookies to go with it. She was so thankful that she came downstairs to take pictures with our staff in front of the Christmas tree!

Positive Events / Memories Today: From Charisma (Front Desk Agent) My Win is the guest in room 2303 noticed I was working today. We had a brief conversation about working on Christmas. They excused themselves and went on their way to start the day. As a surprise the guest came back with a bag of chocolate for me and said “even though I’m working on Christmas, I should still be thought about.” The sweetest gift ever. They really made my day was not expecting this.

Wins and Wows: The owner of the Aloft in Saudi Arabia stayed with us for a few nights and remarked to me today during his check out that our entire team is amazing! He let me know that everyone especially front desk talent Maria and Lindley were amazing and he can’t wait to return home to let everyone know how great we are. He will be returning at the end of January for business and although he is staying somewhere else, he will be extending his trip so that he can stay a few days at our property!
