All of our rewards guests are extremely excited with our spin to win wheel at the front desk! Our platinum guest Mr. Stone checked in with us this evening and was immediately excited about spinning the wheel! Mr. Stone spun and landed on 1,000 points which he was extremely happy about. Mr. Stone let us know that he had never seen the spin to win wheel at any other property and also let us know that he loved the idea!

Wilson and I actually did a favor to Mr. Medford who has food poisoning and did not feel like leaving his room as you can imagine. He asked if we can bring up a ginger ale from our vending machines, but they didn’t have any so I sent Wilson to the nearest deli to go buy a ginger ale and I also sent up a peppermint tea which helps calming the belly and the guest was beyond thankful that we were able to help him out.
