I would like to take a moment to introduce to you to Michael Percaccio, recently appointed as the General Manager of our Fairfield Inn & Suites - Times Square.
Michael comes to us from the Crowne Plaza in Englewood New Jersey, where he worked for Crescent Hotels and Resorts for the past three years. Michael’s overall and balanced acumen in financials and revenue management, GSS performance, and QA execution served the property well during his tenure and his intimate involvement in the foundational pillars of Revenue Management and P & L Performance will be an asset to the property.
Michael’s professional background is diverse and involves experience with both the branded full service properties through IHG and Wyndham hotels. In addition, Michael’s background includes boutique hotels such as 6 Columbus and Broadway Plaza, Michael began his industry experience in the Sales and Marketing discipline as the DOS at the Hotel Pennsylvania and VP of Industry Sales at the Martinique in New York City. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree from NYIT in where he majored in Hospitality Management.
