This letter of thanks is for your staff member Alex, who assisted me on Wednesday morning April 24th, 2019. At approximately 8 am, I dropped off a pair of pants to be cleaned. About 15 minutes later, while on my way to my work location, I realized I had no credit cards and no driver's license. Searching everything I had there was nothing to be found.
I called the hotel and asked if someone could check my aforementioned pair of pants. Alex had answered the phone, and replied ‘No problem, I already did. Your cards are here with your driver's license and your room key and they're in an envelope at the front desk.’
This is the kind of service that one appreciates deeply as a guest at a hotel. Had the pants gone out for cleaning, the cards would have been either irretrievable or much more difficult to retrieve.
