The team at our Fairfield Inn Financial District went out of their way to wow a family in NYC for a birthday celebration! The family sent this appreciative email after they departed:
We have just returned to California from our wonderful stay in NYC. I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the courtesy and consideration extended to us by your staff at the hotel, especially by Dew, Gabriela, Letty, Rawan and Victor.
From the moment we arrived on Friday morning until we checked out on Monday, they were so attentive and thoughtful. They acknowledged my birthday with a special dessert after we checked in. On my actual birthday, they came to our room to sing Happy Birthday and present me with a bottle of wine and 2 wine glasses.
We have stayed in many Marriott hotels and a number of others as well during our forty plus years of travel and never, I repeat never, had we received such stellar service and consideration. They should truly be recognized and commended for their work.
Also, you should be very proud of your staff as I noticed they were so kind to all of the guests that I observed.
Thank you and your staff for a most unforgettable stay in New York. We come to NYC at least once a year. So in the future, we will probably not consider staying at any other hotel than yours!
