I hope the recent disruptions in your neighborhood haven’t disturbed your business or life too much.

I know people are quick to complain to you when they have a problem but I don’t know how many people take the time to let you know when something goes well and one of your staff goes out of their way for customer service.

When I checked in the other night (9/15/16) my reservation had been mishandled and there was no room available with two beds. Your front desk man, Kevin Martinez, handled my problem with respect and calm efficiency. He figured out how to move things around and made sure that both my son and I had the beds we wanted.

By turning a problem into a comfortable solution, Mr. Martinez not only corrected the problem but turned what would have been an annoying event into a very pleasant evening.

You are to be commended for hiring such great staff and giving them the resources to do their jobs with skill and friendly hospitality.
