A young couple and their three year old arrived at the hotel with their moving van in Florida from New jersey. Right at the settlement table, their deal blew up. They sold their home in New Jersey so they had nowhere to go and all their stuff packed in a moving van. They were both in tears as they explained to Patty why they needed a hotel room. Patty took good care of them as you can see by the note they sent to her almost two weeks after their stay.
