August 7, 2015 - The dual brand hotel complex in Miami continues construction, and the new pre-opening offices are now open! James Garcia, General Manager and Gladys Esquenazi, Complex Director of Sales (shown in photo on left) are on board and the hotels are moving forward in all facets of pre-opening. The Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites will occupy the same building, and at 11 stories, it is highly visible in the area. The hotels will offer guests shared access to the Fitness Center, Business Center, Outdoor Pool and Sundeck. The Hilton Garden Inn features a 5,500 square foot Conference Center, and the Flamingo Grille Restaurant and Lounge. There are 232 guest rooms and suites in the building total, with 132 at the Hilton Garden Inn and 100 studios and suites with fully equipped kitchens at the Homewood Suites.
