Last week, Procacci Development Corporation, the developer, and Real Hospitality Group, the hotel’s operator, of the new dual brand Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites located in Miami at the Dolphin Mall celebrated the unveiling of its 11-story custom designed hotel by welcoming a host of local business owners, government officials, clients, and special guests.
The 232 room dual brand hotel was designed by architectural firm VOA Associates in a style that celebrates the culture and architecture that Miami is known for and showcases the custom interior design of Procacci’s Vice President of Hospitality Design, Katherine Cortese. Ms. Cortese noted that “the facility celebrates the vibe that Miami is known for, while providing guests the experience that is expected with the Hilton brands.” With over 5,500 square feet of banquet and conference space, the hotel can host a variety of social, corporate and special events in contemporary and bright meeting spaces.
Throughout the evening, guests were treated to a variety of cuisines and signature drinks that showcased Bar Flamenco, the hotel’s lively food and unique beverage venue within the Hilton Garden Inn. “Bar Flamenco gives us an advantage to deliver a fresh local food experience to our guests”, comments Ben Seidel, President and CEO of Real Hospitality Group. Music by a lively Latin band popular in South Beach, set the tone for the night.
Tours of guest rooms revealed the hotels’ fresh Miami style infused with the standard amenities offered by both brands. The Homewood Suites, designed for longer stays, offers rooms with kitchenettes, and both brands feature free high speed internet, flat screen televisions, ample charging stations for personal devices, and signature brand bedding packages.
Representatives from the Procacci Development Corporation, Real Hospitality Group, Hilton Hotels Worldwide, as well as local government officials addressed the crowd with warm welcomes, thank you acknowledgements, and recognition of the team for its efforts in bringing this to fruition. “We truly appreciate all of the hard work to make this a reality and the attention given to our project and we are truly excited to host this grand evening to celebrate these accomplishments,” comments Philip Procacci, developer of the facility.
