Negative Events / Resolutions :  I once heard while completing my B.S. in Hospitality that you can’t please everyone.  Over the course of this past quarter, our GEI scores have been exceptional due to our hard work and perseverance.  Unfortunately one of our guests didn’t experience, in their eyes, an exceptional stay with us recently so, I decided to reach out.  Going along what I touched upon above, not being able to please everyone, the reason Ms. Daluca gave us such a shocking low rating was for a few reasons that were out of our control.  Reasons that attack the architecture of our floor plan as well as giving her own suggestions of furniture options as opposed to what we have chosen for our property.  I was on the phone with her for the better part of 20 minutes and she actually thanked me for the follow up phone call even though she unfortunately impacted our scores more than she is aware of.  This by no means will stop our hard work and dedication towards offering a great product but it’s important that our team to be aware of guests such as Ms. Daluca as to not let them affect our morale.
