A guest came down two times before someone had to physically walk the guest to the room. The guest was quite upset on how the keys were not working. The guest finally got into their room but was late to a dinner arrangement they had booked months in advance. When the guest got to the restaurant they were turned away due to their time restrictions. The guest called the hotel and asked to speak a manager and once they informed me of this mishap, I got on the phone with the restaurant manager and worked my magic to get them their seat for the night. The guests came back with a smile on their face and with a plate of food for me. It was delicious!!! If anyone was curious.
