We proudly congratulate Patricia Caruso for her promotion as the General Manager for Four Points Soho.

Patricia joined the Real Hospitality Team at the Four Points Soho with the Front Desk Team in 2009. She was later promoted to the FOM position and was part of the leadership team that produced excellent results in the Balanced Score card at Four Points Soho. She was then promoted to the Assistant General Manager position at the Sheraton Brooklyn. At the Sheraton Brooklyn, Patricia played a critical role as the operations leader in significantly improving the GEI scores at that hotel. She has a proven track record in improving Guest Satisfaction scores as an operations leader.
