“We are long time Marriott customers. Long before I had a rewards number. We have stayed in some of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels Marriott has to offer. Our recent stay at the Fairfield Inn tops all of them with their service to my family and I. From check in to staff friendliness 5 stars. They made us feel like we were important and valued our business. Victor found out that my son Ethan was turning 9 on Saturday. He bought him comic books, sang him happy birthday with the staff and brought him a cake with a candle on it. I'm speechless at the amount of effort and love the hotel showed my family. If more hotels treated guest with just a fraction of what they did. I'm sure customers would leave like we did. Wow! It was a little out of the way from all we did but we will stay here every time we visit NY in the future.”
