Each year that we take our vacations, or visit other hotel brands, we encounter Bell Hots, they “welcome” you with open arms and they embrace you. Here at Hyatt Place Midtown South, we have an embracer Bell Hosts by the name of Rachid “Rich” Tajiouti. Rich as he would like to be called has a smile that says “welcome” to Hyatt Place without even speaking the words. Guest have always commented that Rich goes out of his way to assist them with, subways, restaurants, tours, you name it, and Rich gets it done! Trip Adviser and Medallia have great comments such as “Wonderful staff including especially Rich - the guy in the lobby who helped us at check in”. Yes it may be his job, but he does it with the greatest sincerity and with the willingness to make our guest happy
