Setting the stage for excellence and company culture is the objective of the RHG Orientation Program. New hotel associates are gathered for a session that is designed to introduce RHG and the culture of the company, as well as the principle policies, procedures, and expectations associates will experience as part of the RHG family. Slyne Louissaint, Liz O’Connell, Alma Seidel and Matt West schedule these sessions at opening for new hotels to give a detailed review of Real Hospitality Group. Associates get an updated insight as to how RHG integrates into their hotel workplace, and provides essential details to make the associates successful in their respective jobs.
The Orientation Program is constantly updated to reflect the most current details on the RHG team, hotel portfolio and relative policies and procedures as part of the associate’s workplace.
