Christine: I thought I had registered for Chelsea and somewhere along the way online it ended up being Brooklyn.  In the email confirmation, all I noticed was "Four Points Sheraton". Thought I was all set for the wedding reception we came to NY for.  Altia at your front desk was so patient and persistent. She knew how to make things right and would not give up until they were right.

She is terrific and deserves a big, fat raise. You are very lucky to have her on staff.
